Booking Policy
After booking an appointment online, your appointment requires a $50 NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT to be sent after booking to confirm the booking. The $50 deposit will go towards your total booking cost.
All Deposits can be sent to us via:
- VENMO (@chateauluxesalon) or cashapp ($chateauluxesalon)
Once the deposit is received, you will get a confirmation email of your booking.
If no deposit is made, you will NOT have an appointment with us.
The remaining balance will be due on the scheduled date/time of your booking immediately after the service is completed.
we ACCEPT: CASH, VENMO, ZELLE or APPLE PAY for methods of payment.
We DO NOT ACCEPT: PayPal, Check, Credit Card, or Debit Card.
We do NOT have an ATM near by or in our salon.
Please come ready with payment prior to your appointment.
Any reschedules must be made 48 hours in advanced for your deposit to be applied towards a new booking.
Any reschedules made less than 48 hours will have their deposit forfeited and a new deposit must be made for a rescheduled booking.
Any cancellations at ANY TIME will have their deposit forfeited, as our deposits are non-refundable for any reason.
A new $50 non-refundable deposit must be made for a new appointment.
Any no-show clients will have their deposit forfeited and will not be taken as a repeat client in the future.
we allow all of our clients a 10 minute grace period for being late to their appointment.
If you are more then 10 minutes late, your deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit must be made for a rescheduled date/time as we will be unable to service you due to insufficient time to complete your service. Thank you for your kind understanding.
