All services are by appointment only -Walk-ins are not accepted.

Each appointment is intentionally scheduled to allow for unhurried, personalized care in a calm, luxury environment.

A non-refundable $50 deposit is required to secure your appointment.

Deposits are applied toward your service total on the day of your appointment.

We kindly require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in loss of deposit.

Same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.

Please arrive on time for your appointment.

Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may need to be shortened or rescheduled.

If we are unable to complete your service due to late arrival, the appointment will be considered a no-show and will be charged accordingly.

Failure to arrive for your appointment without notice will be considered a no-show.

No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.

Future booking privileges may be restricted after repeated no-shows.

All payments are due at the time of service.

Accepted forms of payment are Cash, Zelle, or Venmo. We do not accept Credit/Debit Card, Paypal, Checks. Please come ready with payment prior to your appointment.

Prices are subject to change without notice.

Due to the nature of personal services, all services are final.

Refunds are not offered once a service has been completed.

If you have concerns, please notify us during your appointment so adjustments can be made when possible.

To maintain a calm, luxury environment:

We reserve the right to refuse service if a treatment is deemed unsafe.
