Welcome to Chateau Luxe Salon (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By accessing this website or booking an appointment with Chateau Luxe Salon, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use this website or book services.

Eligibility

By using our Services, you represent that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. Services will not be provided to minors without written parental or legal guardian consent, where applicable.

 

Services Provided

Chateau Luxe Salon provides professional aesthetic, cosmetic, and beauty-related services and products  including, but not limited to:

• Eyelash extension services

• UV eyelash extension services

• Brow treatments

• Skincare treatments

• Korean facial services

• Lash training services

• Retail beauty products

All services are performed by trained professionals; however, individual results may vary based on personal skin type, sensitivities, aftercare compliance, and other individual factors. All Services are elective and non-medical unless explicitly stated otherwise in a separate written agreement.

 

Appointments

A valid payment method is required to secure all appointments. By booking an appointment, you authorize Chateau Luxe to charge applicable fees in accordance with these Terms. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Appointments may be scheduled online through our website or through an authorized booking platform. By booking an appointment, you confirm that:

• The information you provide is accurate and complete

• You are at least 18 years of age or have parental consent

• You understand the nature of the service being provided

Chateau Luxe Salon reserves the right to refuse service to any client for any lawful reason.

Deposits

All of our services require a non-refundable $50 deposit at the time of booking. Deposits may be applied toward the total service cost. Deposits will be forfeited if cancellation or rescheduling policies are not followed.

 

Cancellations

We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Failure to provide proper notice may result in:

• Loss of $50 deposit 

• Requirement for prepayment for future bookings

Rescheduling

Clients must provide at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations or reschedules within 48 hours will incur in a $50 cancellation fee (loss of $50 deposit). 

​

No Show/No Call

No-show clients will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total and will be restricted from booking future appointments at Chateau Luxe.

Cancellation, Rescheduling, No Show, Deposit Charges

Charges are agreed upon at the time of booking. ​

 

Late Arrivals

We allow a 15 minute grace period. Late arrivals will result in shortened services or cancellation without deposit refund. Chateau Luxe is not obligated to extend appointment times due to client tardiness.

Refunds

Due to the nature of beauty services:

• All service sales are final and non-refundable for any reason

• No refunds will be issued for completed services

​

Retail products may be eligible for exchange only in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Service Results Disclaimer

While we strive to provide high-quality services, Chateau Luxe Salon does not guarantee specific outcomes or results from any service. No statements, images, or testimonials constitute a guarantee of results.

Client satisfaction may vary based on:

• Skin condition

• Lash retention cycles

• Aftercare compliance

• Lifestyle factors

 

Client Disclosure and Assumption of Risk

Clients are solely responsible for providing complete and accurate medical, health, skin, and lifestyle information prior to treatment. By receiving Services, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with aesthetic and cosmetic treatments. Chateau Luxe is not liable for adverse reactions resulting from undisclosed or inaccurate information. ​

Allergic Reactions & Liability

Clients acknowledge that certain services involve the use of professional-grade products and adhesives which may cause allergic reactions or sensitivities.

By receiving services, clients agree that:

• Chateau Luxe Salon is not responsible for allergic reactions or sensitivities

• Clients must disclose known allergies or medical conditions prior to treatment

• Clients assume responsibility for following aftercare instructions

Retail Product Use

Chateau Luxe Salon is not responsible for any adverse reactions resulting from misuse or improper use of retail products.

Clients are advised to perform patch testing where appropriate.

 

Aftercare Responsibility

Clients agree to follow all aftercare instructions provided. Chateau Luxe is not responsible for outcomes affected by failure to follow aftercare guidelines, third-party treatments, or external products. ​

Photography & Media Release

By receiving services at Chateau Luxe Salon, you acknowledge and agree that photographs, video recordings, or digital images may be taken before, during, or after your treatment for the purposes of:

• Treatment documentation

• Quality assurance

• Educational or training use

• Marketing and promotional use

These materials may be used by Chateau Luxe Salon for lawful business purposes including, but not limited to:

• Website content

• Social media platforms

• Online advertising

• Promotional materials

• Educational content

• ​

Chateau Luxe Salon will make reasonable efforts to avoid identifying clients by name unless express written consent is provided.

 

By accepting services, you grant Chateau Luxe Salon the irrevocable right and permission to use, reproduce, publish, and distribute such photographs or recordings for business and marketing purposes without compensation.

Voluntary Participation

Consent to photography is voluntary and not a condition of receiving services. Clients may request that no photographs or recordings be taken by notifying staff prior to the start of the appointment.

Revocation of Photography & Media Consent

Clients may withdraw consent for future use of images by submitting a written request to: info@chateauluxesalon.com. Please note that revocation of consent does not apply to materials that have already been published or distributed prior to the request.

Waiver of Claims

Clients waive any right to inspect or approve the finished materials and release Chateau Luxe Salon from any claims, demands, or liabilities arising out of the use of such images, including but not limited to claims for invasion of privacy or right of publicity.

 

Memberships and Packages

Memberships and prepaid packages are governed by their own written terms and are non-refundable unless explicitly stated. Unused services do not carry cash value. ​

 

Right to Refuse Service

Chateau Luxe reserves the right to refuse or discontinue Services at any time for safety concerns, contraindications, policy violations, inappropriate behavior, or non-compliance with these Terms. ​

 

Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, images, service names, and materials are the exclusive property of Chateau Luxe LLC and may not be copied, distributed, or reproduced without written permission.

Website Use

You agree not to:

• Use this website for unlawful purposes

• Attempt to access restricted areas of the website

• Interfere with the security or functionality of the website

Third-Party Booking Platforms

Our website may utilize third-party booking or payment systems. Chateau Luxe Salon is not responsible for technical errors or service interruptions caused by third-party providers.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chateau Luxe LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of Services. Liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service rendered. ​

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Chateau Luxe LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of Services. ​

 

Governing Law and Venue

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in California. ​

 

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. ​

Modifications

Chateau Luxe reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of Services constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.
