These Terms & Conditions govern your use of chateauluxesalon.com and certain services, bookings, purchases and programs offered by Chateau Luxe LLC, doing business as Chateau Luxe Salon and Chateau Luxe Academy (“Chateau Luxe,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By using this website, submitting a booking, purchasing a package or membership, reserving training, or otherwise interacting with our online services, you agree to the applicable terms presented to you at the time of the transaction.

2. Website Information

Service descriptions, photographs, educational information, pricing, availability, product information and other website content may be updated from time to time.

3. Beauty Appointments

Appointments are subject to availability and confirmation.

Clients are responsible for selecting an appropriate service or contacting Chateau Luxe for assistance when unsure what to book.

Chateau Luxe may recommend modifying, postponing or declining a service when the service does not appear appropriate based on the condition of the treatment area, previous service history, disclosed sensitivities or other relevant considerations.

Booking and payment do not guarantee that every requested treatment will be performed.

4. Appointment Deposits

Certain beauty appointments require a non-refundable reservation deposit.

Unless otherwise stated during booking, the deposit is applied toward the price of the scheduled service.

The required deposit amount and applicable terms are displayed during the booking process.

5. Rescheduling and Cancellations

Clients should provide at least 48 hours’ notice when requesting to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

When permitted under the applicable booking policy, a deposit may be transferred to a rescheduled appointment.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than the required notice may result in forfeiture of the existing deposit and may require a new deposit before another appointment can be reserved.

6. Late Arrivals

Chateau Luxe generally allows a 15-minute grace period for beauty appointments.

Late arrival may reduce the time available to complete a service or may require rescheduling when there is insufficient time to safely or properly perform the scheduled treatment.

Applicable deposit or cancellation terms may apply when an appointment cannot proceed because of significant late arrival.

7. No-Shows

Clients who fail to attend a confirmed appointment without appropriate notice may be charged according to the no-show terms presented and authorized during booking.

Future bookings may require payment of outstanding charges or a new reservation deposit.

8. Service Results

Beauty and skincare results vary from person to person.

Photographs, testimonials, service descriptions and examples shown on this website are provided for illustrative purposes and do not guarantee identical results.

Factors including natural lashes, brow density, skin condition, hair growth cycles, lifestyle, aftercare, previous services and individual response may affect results.

9. Sensitivities and Reactions

Cosmetic products, adhesives, skincare products and other professional products may cause irritation, sensitivity or allergic reactions in some individuals.

Clients are responsible for communicating known allergies, sensitivities, previous reactions and relevant service history before treatment.

Receiving a particular treatment, product or curing method does not guarantee that irritation or an allergic response cannot occur.

10. Payment

Service prices are displayed on the website or booking page and may change in the future.

Any deposit collected during booking is credited toward the service total when stated.

The remaining balance is due according to the payment instructions presented for the applicable service.

Accepted payment methods may vary and will be disclosed before or at the appointment.

11. Prepaid Packages

Chateau Luxe may offer prepaid service packages.

Package terms, included services, validity periods, eligibility, transferability and exclusions are disclosed at the time of purchase.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, packages are intended for use by the purchaser and may not be transferred to another individual.

Purchasing a package does not guarantee appointment availability or override professional decisions regarding whether a treatment should be performed at a particular appointment.

12. Recurring Memberships

Certain Chateau Luxe memberships may involve recurring billing.

Before enrollment, the applicable price, billing frequency, initial commitment, included benefits, automatic-renewal terms, cancellation instructions and other material conditions will be presented to the customer.

Recurring charges will only be made after the customer provides the required authorization and consent.

Membership benefits are subject to the specific membership terms provided at enrollment.

Where applicable, members will receive notices and cancellation options as required by law.

13. Chateau Luxe Academy Training

Chateau Luxe Academy offers private beauty education programs.

Training is educational in nature and does not itself issue a government professional license.

Students are responsible for determining and complying with any licensing, educational, scope-of-practice, employment or business requirements that apply in the location where they intend to provide services.

Completion of a Chateau Luxe Academy course does not guarantee employment, clientele, revenue, business success or professional licensure.

14. Training Deposits and Tuition

Certain Chateau Luxe Academy courses require a non-refundable reservation deposit.

The deposit amount, total tuition, remaining balance, payment deadlines, rescheduling terms and other course-specific conditions will be disclosed before enrollment.

Unless otherwise stated, the reservation deposit is applied toward the total training tuition.

Because training dates and class sizes may be reserved specifically for enrolled students, training deposits may be subject to different cancellation and rescheduling rules than ordinary beauty appointments.

Course-specific enrollment terms control when they differ from these general website Terms.

15. Certificates of Completion

Students who successfully complete eligible Chateau Luxe Academy courses may receive a Chateau Luxe Academy Certificate of Completion.

A Certificate of Completion documents participation in private education and is not a state-issued professional license or government certification.

16. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the text, course materials, manuals, graphics, branding, logos, photographs, videos, educational materials, service descriptions and other original content appearing on this website are owned by or licensed to Chateau Luxe.

You may not reproduce, distribute, publish, sell, modify or commercially use Chateau Luxe content without prior written permission, except where permitted by law.

Chateau Luxe Academy course manuals and educational materials are provided for the enrolled student’s personal educational use and may not be copied, sold, distributed or republished without authorization.

17. Client and Student Photographs

Chateau Luxe may photograph treatment results, training activities or other business-related content when appropriate permission has been obtained.

Any separate photo, video or testimonial consent presented to a client or student is governed by the terms of that authorization.

Purchasing a service or training course alone does not automatically grant Chateau Luxe permission to use a person’s identifiable image for marketing.

18. Third-Party Services

This website may use or link to third-party platforms for functions such as booking, payment processing, maps, social media, analytics or other services.

Third-party platforms may be governed by their own terms, privacy practices and accessibility features.
