Terms & Conditions

1. ELIGIBILITY

By using our Services, you represent that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. Services will not be provided to minors without written parental or legal guardian consent, where applicable.

2. SERVICES PROVIDED

Chateau Luxe provides aesthetic, cosmetic, and beauty-related services and products. All Services are elective and non-medical unless explicitly stated otherwise in a separate written agreement.

3. APPOINTMENTS, BOOKINGS & PAYMENTS

A valid payment method is required to secure all appointments. By booking an appointment, you authorize Chateau Luxe to charge applicable fees in accordance with these Terms. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

4. CANCELLATIONS, RESCHEDULING & NO-SHOWS

Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

• Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a charge of up to 50% of the scheduled service

• No-shows may be charged 100% of the scheduled service

Charges are agreed upon at the time of booking.

5. LATE ARRIVALS

Late arrivals may result in shortened services or cancellation without refund. Chateau Luxe is not obligated to extend appointment times due to client tardiness.

6. NO REFUNDS

All services, packages, memberships, deposits, and products are non-refundable and non-transferable, unless otherwise required by law or stated in a written agreement.

7. CLIENT DISCLOSURE & ASSUMPTION OF RISK

Clients are solely responsible for providing complete and accurate medical, health, skin, and lifestyle information prior to treatment. By receiving Services, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with aesthetic and cosmetic treatments.

Chateau Luxe is not liable for adverse reactions resulting from undisclosed or inaccurate information.

8. RESULTS DISCLAIMER

Individual results vary. Chateau Luxe makes no guarantees regarding outcomes. No statements, images, or testimonials constitute a guarantee of results.

9. AFTERCARE RESPONSIBILITY

Clients agree to follow all aftercare instructions provided. Chateau Luxe is not responsible for outcomes affected by failure to follow aftercare guidelines, third-party treatments, or external products.

10. MEMBERSHIPS & PACKAGES

Memberships and prepaid packages are governed by their own written terms and are non-refundable unless explicitly stated. Unused services do not carry cash value.

11. RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE

Chateau Luxe reserves the right to refuse or discontinue Services at any time for safety concerns, contraindications, policy violations, inappropriate behavior, or non-compliance with these Terms.

12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, trademarks, logos, images, service names, and materials are the exclusive property of Chateau Luxe LLC and may not be copied, distributed, or reproduced without written permission.

13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chateau Luxe LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of Services. Liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service rendered.

14. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Chateau Luxe LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of Services.

15. GOVERNING LAW & VENUE

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in California.

16. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

17. MODIFICATIONS

Chateau Luxe reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of Services constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.
