Booking Policies
We reserve appointment time specifically for each Chateau Luxe client. Please review the following policies before booking.

Appointment Deposit
A $50 non-refundable deposit is required for eligible beauty appointments unless a different amount is specifically shown during booking.
The deposit is applied toward the total cost of the scheduled service.

Rescheduling
Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice when requesting to reschedule.
When an eligible appointment is changed with at least 48 hours’ notice, the existing deposit may be transferred to the new appointment.
Requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in forfeiture of the existing deposit and require a new deposit to book another appointment.

Cancellations
Deposits are non-refundable.
If you need to cancel your appointment, please contact Chateau Luxe as early as possible.
Cancellation terms displayed during your specific booking will apply.

Late Arrivals
We allow a 15-minute grace period.
Arriving more than 15 minutes late may leave insufficient time to complete your scheduled service and may require the appointment to be rescheduled.
Applicable cancellation or deposit terms may apply.

No-Shows
Failure to attend a confirmed appointment without notice may result in charges consistent with the no-show terms authorized during booking.
Future appointments may require resolution of outstanding charges and a new reservation deposit.

Service Changes
If you decide that you would like a different service or significantly different result than what was originally booked, please contact Chateau Luxe before your appointment whenever possible.
Additional time may not be available on the day of the appointment.
Any price difference will be discussed before additional services are performed.

Lash Fill Eligibility
A lash-fill appointment is intended for eligible existing extensions.
If too few extensions remain, the appointment may need to be converted to a new full set, subject to available time and pricing.

Health, Sensitivities and Previous Reactions
Please notify Chateau Luxe before your appointment about relevant allergies, sensitivities, previous reactions, recent eye-area procedures, strong skincare treatments or other circumstances that may affect your scheduled service.
Chateau Luxe may recommend postponing, modifying or declining a service when appropriate.

Payment
Any required booking deposit will be credited toward the scheduled service when stated.
The remaining balance is due on the appointment date.
Current accepted payment methods for remaining balances should be confirmed during booking or before arrival.

Appointment-Only Studio
Chateau Luxe is an appointment-only studio.
Please do not arrive without a confirmed appointment.
