Cancellation Policy
When booking this appointment, a non-refundable $50 deposit will be charged to your card on file to confirm the appointment. This non-refundable deposit will go towards your total booking cost. The remaining balance will be due on the scheduled date/time of your booking immediately after the service is completed. We only accept Cash, Zelle, or Venmo for the remaining balance due. Please come payment ready as there are no ATM machines near by. We do NOT accept debit or credit cards and checks. Any reschedules must be made 48 hours in advanced for your deposit to be applied towards a new booking. Any reschedules made less than 48 hours will have their deposit forfeited and a new deposit must be made for a rescheduled booking. Any cancellations at without a 48 hour notice will have their deposit forfeited, as our deposits are non-refundable for any reason. A new $50 non-refundable deposit must be made for a new appointment. Any no-show clients will have their deposit forfeited and will not be taken as a repeat client in the future. We allow all of our clients a 10 minute grace period for being late to their appointment. If you are more then 10 minutes late, your deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit must be made for a rescheduled date/time as we will be unable to service you due to insufficient time to complete your service.
