Cancellation Policy

A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve eligible beauty appointments. The deposit is applied toward your final service total. The remaining balance is due on the day of your service, immediately after completion. Chateau Luxe Salon ONLY accepts Cash, Zelle, or Venmo for the remaining balance. Please come payment-ready! Credit and debit cards and checks are NOT accepted for the remaining balance. Rescheduling: Please request changes at least 48 hours before your appointment. When eligible, your existing deposit can be transferred to the new appointment. Changes made with less than 48 hours' notice may result in forfeiture of the existing deposit and require a new $50 deposit to rebook. No-Shows: Clients who do not attend a confirmed appointment without notice may be charged the full scheduled service amount in accordance with the booking authorization and applicable policy. Late Arrivals: We allow a 15-minute grace period. Arriving later may leave insufficient time to complete the service and could require rescheduling. In that situation, the applicable late-cancellation/deposit policy may apply. Before you book: Please let us know before your appointment about relevant allergies, sensitivities, previous reactions, recent eye-area procedures, strong skincare treatments or other factors that may affect the service you've selected. Chateau Luxe may recommend modifying or postponing a treatment when appropriate. By booking with Chateau Luxe Salon, you agree to these policies.
